MotoRoader II Follow Up

I travelled over to Roy's house a few days ago to give Motoroader II a run and We were not dissapointed! Like it's predecessor The game is great in multiplayer. There are a few differences in the games. First is weaponry. You get some cool weapons to choose from. Oil slicks, Freezing shots, Missiles, grenades, bombs, repair kits etc etc. Weaponry is so much easier to engage in MotoRoader II than it was in Part 1. Then there is different classes of vehicles. Cars, Hover Crafts and Tanks all with their own strengths and weaknesses. There is a pretty good amount of configuring to do on your cars this time around and a choice of which vehicle will you do better with. We still think Cars are the way to go. Then there is the tracks. Ok here is where the game may dissapoint a few. The racing or view of the tracks is still the same but you are always racing up. Unlike MotoRoader I where you raced on tracks as if they were laid out on the floor like a slotcar track. I have to say this is a little dissapointing as the 360 degree feeling you had from the original was very neat. Does this make Moto Roader II a bad Game? By no means it doesn't. The game is loads of fun especially multiplayer. The Tracks look pretty darn cool too with the some new pitfalls to try to get through. So all in all I would say do yourself a favor and get a copy of MotoRoader II if you have a pcengine to play it on. I like both games equally as one is not really any better than the other. Part I does some things better than part II and vice versa.
